Same as any other unmounted english saddle: stirrups and stirrup leathers (and girth, though I don't really count that, since they don't come with mounted saddles either). You might be a little limited in choice by that color, but you should still have plenty of options.

That's what I've heard on this forum: I haven't had a personal experience with wear yet, as I've always owned leather...leathers.

I am using synthetic "leathers" on my leather dressage saddle and I haven't noticed any unnecessary wear on the leather from it. I find the winter webbers more comfortable under my thigh than bulky buckle type leathers, hence why I use them.

Go with dark brown leathers. You'll want them a bit long if you're tall (5'7" or taller, or have long legs). If you of average height, then regular length should be fine. I like jointed irons if you can find some reasonably priced. They make it easier on your knees/ankes, and easier to stretch your legs down long.

Does it have short or long billets? Most Tristans I have run into have short billets. If so, the same girth you use for a jumping or hacking saddle should be fine.
