Dressage Saddles

I have decided to quit doing hunter/jumpers with my Arab and do dressage with him instead, just due to the fact that he's getting older and showing slight stiffness in one of his hocks and I don't want to ruin him. I have an HDR close contact jumping saddle that I absolutely love, and am kind of looking for the equivalent of that in a dressage saddle. What are some decent, comfortable, dressage saddles that aren't overly expensive? I'm looking to buy something used and already broken in for no more than $500-$700. What are some saddles brands/companies that I should avoid? Thanks in advance!

There are a lot of brands out there. Depending if you want new or used, will get you on price. I myself have ridden in a pro wintec, super nice. There so easy to clean and I dont have to worry about the leather.

With all due respect I'd rather go with nice used leather saddle rather than Wintec. But it's a matter of personal preference. You can look into used MT, Collegiate and Thornhill: in your price range you may find something in an excellent condition. Other brands to consider are Kieffer, Crosby, Passier, Courbette, Stubben.
