Dublin Aristocrat Boots?

Does anyone own the Dublin Aristocrat boots? Or even tried them on?

I found a REALLY good price on them, but I'm doubtful of the sizing. I wear a 9-9.5 in gym and dress shoes, but my current boots are 8.5's (they're Devon Aires, I think). I need a Slim for the Dublin boots (according to the size chart), but the place with that awesome price only has the Slims in 9.5's.

Granted, my current boots are 3 or 4 years old, and very beat up - it's possible that they have sort of stretched out. (By "beat up" I mean that the sole is completely coming off and is currently held on with lime green duct tape! LOL!)

I'm not sure how long the sale lasts - so HELP ASAP is appreciated! :)

I have a pair of the field boots, I ordered the same size I normally wear in shoes and they fit. Sometimes I can wear a 6.5, though normally a 7. I got a size 7
