Edgewood and/or Aramas bridle experience?

Hi,
I am wondering if anyone has experience with Aramas and/or Edgewood bridles? I just bought a new horse and my Pessoa horse sized bridle does not fit him. I haven't been particularly happy with my Pessoa so I am looking into other brands. With reins, bridle, and martingale the Edgewood would be about 559.85 and the Aramas would be about 379.90. I have heard that Edgewood leather is fantastic but I have also heard that it stretches quite a bit. I would also have to oil the Edgewood significantly to match my saddle. Any other brand suggestions are welcome as well!

My new horse has a cob sized head and is a bit plain faced. I know I am getting a padded noseband but not sure if a wide nose band or a thinner nose band would suit his face better. I have included a picture of him (yes I know the halter is too big for him as well :P). Oh and this is for the hunter ring!

Wider nosebands usually suit plain horses better if you're showing, IMO :)
