English girth recommendations?

I have feeling lately that my neoprene girth is sliding forward quite a bit (my horses are getting really wet during the work-out). So I'm thinking if I have to try a different one...

Does leather one slip a lot? Any other recommendations on what to try?

I have one that's the leather chafeless material.
Henri de Rivel Advantage Chafeless Girth < Leather Girths|Dover Saddlery .

My schooling girths.
SmartPak Fleece Girth - Hunter/Jumper Girths from SmartPak Equine
SmartPak Fleece Dressage Girth - Dressage Girths from SmartPak Equine
Lettia CoolMax Fleece Girth - Hunter/Jumper Girths from SmartPak Equine

And my show girth
M. Toulouse Shaped Girth w/ Sheepskin - Hunter/Jumper Girths from SmartPak Equine

I haven't had an issue with slipping with any of these, and the horses are always appearing to be comfortable. I have a Pro Choice neoprene, and it's definitely not my favorite.

I tried different girth today recommended to me by my saddle fitter over the phone when I was scheduling an appointment. While it helped a little, it still slides a lot. I think it's a saddle flocking issue. So will see when the fitter comes out.
