English saddle fit - please, opinions!!

OK. So I took some pics yesterday. I do apology for the quality, but I tried my best. I took for both my horses.

Paint (4 years old, I've been riding her with this saddle for couple months)

Any opinions are VERY much appreciated!

It looks like a decent fit on both horses, but it needs to be about 2" farther back. You have it too far over their shoulders.

The panels are pretty over stuffed. I would ride in it with NO saddle pad to help them break in quicker. Just wipe down the bottom of the saddle with baby or leather wipes after every ride. The horse's sweat will help the wool inside break in and conform to their backs better.

Also, it fits better on the paint with the thinner pad.
