Event Saddle hunting... yes again

So umm... the whole thing with the Thorowgood T8 jump fell out the window when I was told it will take 12 - 14 weeks to get the saddle in and there are other issues, big one being Greenhawk has ripped me off in the past when I paid up front to order from the store and the item never arrived and, well it was a mess. Leave it there.

So Greenhawk being the only store in Canada selling the Thorowgood I said move on.

I need a saddle with a deep seat, front and back blocks that works for eventing. I prefer a more narrow twist. My mare is very dainty so I would rather something I can adjust as she can be hard to fit. Need to keep it under $1500 and I am more then willing to go quality used over cruddy new.

This saddle will be a tie over saddle until I can order my custom saddle.

So ideas, suggestions and everything else. Help me find my saddle!

I am loving my Collegiate Senior convertible! Love the deep seat as well and the gullet seems easier to change than on the Wintec & Flex Rider, you might want to check one out!

I admittedly know nothing about eventing saddles, but a local lady that runs a consignment tack shop has a
"Courbette Vision Eventing Saddle
16.5" seat
Spring tree w/ cut back for perfect fit
Two tone
Calf skin Black panels
Concealed and anatomically shaped front thigh rolls are correctly placed to establish a proper leg position and very close contact to the horse.
This saddle is in great shape
$850"
I took that right off the site! Not sure this helps at all, haha, here's a picture:

Hmm... I don't know. It doesn't give anything about gullet measurement or tree size?

My Collegiate has thigh blocks, but not detachable and positionable like my Flex rider, but seems to be positioned fine for me.

I recently purchased an M. Toulouse Laura B. It doesn't have the thigh blocks, but it seems like it would make a great eventing saddle (I do jumpers mainly). I'm also addicted to MT saddles now.

Check out Classic Saddlery - Quality English Horse Tack & Horse Supplies for the Equestrian.. They have a lot of saddles at great prices. You might find something you like. In the Toulouse closeout section, they have a great deal on a 17" eventing saddle (the Eventor I think?).
