Excellent, Affordable Saddle that Fits!

Just received a saddle that we ordered of Ebay.

We have a very hard to fit ASH. We have been through so many breeds of saddle. We have sent templates and had saddles repacket etc, etc.

Well, saw this one on Ebay. Custom built to our template in England. The exchange rate is really good at present so we gave it a go.

It is lovely!! Well made, fits the horse brilliantly - he is happy and swinging through his back for the first time in years.

We stated the size, seat depth, how many girth points & length, if we wanted a shorter flap, all the good stuff.

I'm in Australia and it cost me $1460 landed. A leather girth for $100 landed (couldn't get under $250 here new). Very, very happy.

Thanks The Custom Made English Saddle Company.

I know he is on ebay internationally but on the Australian site,
Mattymarlow is his ebay name and his ebay shop is Heritage Custom made saddles & Tack - Great quality and a very good buy in my opinion.

Here's a photo. Sorry, daughter is short and the stirrup leathers are our old ones.
