Fair price for my Ortho-flex?

I listed my Ortho-flex Endurance Lite on Craigslist, but haven't had any responses. I've researched ebay, and they seem to bring anywhere from $700-$1200. What do you think is a fair price on this saddle?

It does have several cosmetic imperfections, and the billets will need to be replaced ($75.00 to have them replaced in my area). The booties are included and it comes with an extra set as well.

Is Endurance popular in your area? In my neck of the woods, you're pretty much only able to sell Barrel, Roping, or Jumping saddles on Craigslist. There just isn't a market for other types of saddles, because the bulk of local riders fit these three disciplines.

Perhaps you could get better results on eBay or Tack Trader.

I'm actually not sure how popular endurance is my area (Middle TN), but I know there alot of trail riders. It's a great trail saddle, that's actually why I bought it. It's just too small for me, I don't know what I was thinking getting a 14 inch.

I think you are right about getting better results on ebay, thanks for your input.

You need to advertise it on endurance pages. Pretty much only ones that will be interested. Should sell fast, although that is tiny sizing. Is that 14 English or western measurements ? Your trail riders are going to mostly want traditional western saddles.

Thanks for the tip Joe! I didn't even think about endurance pages. I beleive it's western measurements. It was measured from the pommel to the cantle.

Ok, probably should take a picture from the top down with a tape measure on it. Those saddles are pretty well liked you just need to get it where the people that like it will see it. Odds of that happening on craigslist are slim and none.

Here's a pic I took of the seat measurement:

I also had it posted on horseclicks, but finally took it off because of scammers. (Someone from the Congo wanted to send me a check for it then arrange to pick it up....yeah right. Lol)

You are right about Craigslist. That's where I found it last year when I bought it, but not really the best market.

If I list it on ebay, do you think $600 is a fair reserve?

If you're okay with $600, I think that would be a fair price.

Saddle looks good...as does that pool in the background! Hot days!

Thanks TackJack. At $600, I would get back what I have in it.

And yes...hot days indeed!
