FINALY got the pic to work... Reining or cutting saddle

Is this a reining saddle or a cutting saddle? I think cutting because of the high horn?? Also does anyone know the rigging of this saddle, this is the only picture I have of it (its my friends) so if you can't that's ok!

Yep, cutting saddle. I'm not sure what you're asking about the rigging though...it appears to me to be a pretty standard double rigging in the full position.

That is most certainly a cutting saddle - the rigging looks very standard.
