Arrow Flank Cinch Concho?

I'm trying to find a concho to add to my saddle that goes where the flank cinch attaches to the saddle. The part circled in this picture.

How do I find silver for that part of the saddle? I don't know what it's called.

Is it something I could put on the saddle myself? Thanks for the response btw.

Yup...they are usually pretty easy. Some just pop in...others have a double sided tape and some require contact cement I believe. I had to replace one before and it was just a pop in one. It was super easy and looks great

Awesome. They seem really hard to find. I was seeing if I could find any other instead of plain silver, but I can't find anything.
