Unhappy Flashes on bridles

Am I able to take the flash off of a bridle with a flash on it? And if I can tell me how. Here is the flash bridle I am looking at to buy but I don't really want the flash.

Yes, the flash on this bridle is removable. You simply slide it through the loop. There will still be a small loop hanging down from the middle of the noseband. If you want, you can have a saddler or even shoe repair place remove the loop for a cleaner look.

You can cut it off, but I'd leave it - it's small and if you want to put flash back it's there already.

The little loop is for hanging a carrot on, leave it.
