Fly Mesh Boots

I have seen this around and was wondering what was peoples opinion on them.
As my horse Buzz stomps all the time and where his feed bucket is theres a ditch  I have to keep moving it. Lol
Has anyone had any experiance with them?

The owner of my old lease horse had them and she left them on all of her horses 24/7 unless they were being ridden.
The horse I leased went through about 3 pairs before she finally gave up with him. He just shreded them too easily.
On the old, half starved mare they stayed on and were fine for obvious reasons and the velcro on the ones for her 'warmblood' were crap so you had to go find them in the paddock all the time.
