Thank you so much Feathers! You've narrowed my choices down to one! I'm going to re-measure my mare just in case she's grown or I measured wrong the first time. Quick question tho, is there nylon lining at the shoulders? And if there is, did your horse sweat a lot because of it?

Yes, there is nylon at the shoulders. I guess I never really noticed if my mare sweat in it or not. I want to say no though and the days were really hot too(around 100 degrees all the time). But, really, I don't think so. Then again, it might depend on the horse.

The weatherbeeta airflow mesh made my mare sweat though. I remember seeming the white ''foam" on her shoulders and back when I took the sheet off. But then again, the sheet was too small for her

I guess the only disadvantage I had with the amigo sheet is that it does have a lot of straps that you have to do when you put the sheet on. I'm mostly talking about the belly band. It is meant 'not to come undone', which is a good thing. But all in all, I found it to be nicely designed, hardy, and well made. But people did tend to make fun of my mare.

They called her the 'ghost' horse! HEHE...but then again, with her mask on and everything...she did look really funny!!

I bought my sheet at smartpak.com. It was around $130-135.

Aww she looks adorable! I definitely like the look of that. When I was getting my mare's mane to fall over I had on one of those sleezy wear things. Well I thought/still think horses look quite silly in it and I knick-named it her Batman costume. I like the fact that it has the belly band and that it stays in place. Thanks a bunch. Vega will thank you too!

I hope it works well for you and Vega!!

That's funny, I have a horse at the stable I am at that wears those neck/face covers and I call her bathorse!!

I am a fan of the horseware products. I wanted to buy my mare on of their turn out winter 'wugs' but it costs around $350 and doesn't come in a big enough size. Doesn't matter, I don't think I can pull that amount of money off right now!

Bathorse that's so cute! I definitely like all the horseware products but I don't have the money to spend on that.
