Didn't get the shoe nugget yet. I'm debating taking it to the shoe make by me. I'm worried about messing it up.

I also review the eBay add for the halter and there was no indication in the photo or description that it had a 12 inch scratch! I emailed the seller and eBay sent me an email saying I can open up a claim in a week or so.

Be careful of what you use to polish the metal as sometimes there's a very thin coating, an alloy, applied to another alloy and silver polishes for real will remove this. Once it's gone, it's gone.

Well here it is, left side and all. I put some oil on it and from a distance you really can't see it. I'm going tomorrow to our local "western wear" store to get the boot polish to match the leather. I'm a little nervous it will come out to dark though with the leather being already oiled like that. I don't want to ruin it any more then it is, though with a 12 inch scratch idk if that possible I inspected the "silver" and it was flaking on one very very very tiny spot, really you would need a magnifying glass to find it. I contacted the sell and the seller stated she "didn't know it was scratched"........ REALLY?!! Did you not have to minipulate the hell out of it to get it in the box? She offered for me to send it back, but whatever, its a $30 dollar halter.

Here's a photo of the beauty queen saying "no pictures, please!"

Pretty, and that's a very pretty head wearing that halter.
