Hadfield Saddles? + Cleaning Buffalo?

So, everyone knows Hadfield's bridles are up there in the quality department. Well, how about their saddles? I just impulse-bought a used one and now can't really find any information on their saddles via Google. Anyone have any experience with them?

Also, it's buffalo leather. How do I care for buffalo? Same as cow leather?

I don't know anything about Hadfield's saddles. You might want to post over on the COTH forums. There are a lot of east coast members on there and some might have experience with them.

Caring for buffalo I do know about . Yes, care for it just like cow leather. You'll want to use oils or waxes sparingly though, so the finish isn't damaged. I prefer to use a good conditioners, like Hydrophane Leather Conditioner (NOT the dressing) or Stubben Hamanol.

Belvoir Leather Conditioner is a good one too.
