Question Hair Felt or Hospital Fleece?

I'd like some pros and cons please!

After looking through some saddle pads I found one I like, but they offer it with both kinds of under padding. I'd like to know which one is better. The cost is only different by 5 dollars so it's not a big deal in price. What are your thoughts and opinions?

I do not know what is meant by these terms. Could you include a link to the product?
