Has anyone heard of this brand?

I saw an add on CL and wanted to know if anyone knew anything about this brand: shiraz saddlery. I have never heard on this saddle brand so I wanted to do some research first.

A friend of mine just bought one of ebay new for $150. Its nothing amazing... like a circle y or billy cook.... but for the price it is actually a very decent saddle. We put it on 5 different horses to see how it fit and it even fits my gelding, who is the hardest horse in the world to get a saddle to fit properly. And she said it is every comfortable.

okay cool, I am just looking for a not so expensive saddle for right now, it is last minute pick up, she is selling this particular saddle for $250 but I can probably talk her down. I just didn't want to fork out any money on something that is not worth the money
