Used to be sold by Shires in the UK. Decent quality leather but my main problem with them was their use of foam panels which you can't adjust.
There maybe a few on here with more recent experience - as far as I was concerned they did relatively cheap close-contact saddles which didn't really fit anything very well
I have both a HDR CC and an HDR synthetic dressage. the brand in general, is fairly decent for the price range it's at.
the CC looks and feels nice, though as unclearthur said, they can't be adjusted or re-flocked because of the foam. As far as I remember, it wasn't an overly forgiving saddle as far as fit goes, so if you find one that for sure fits your horse, there shouldn't be a problem.
The synthetic that I have is a bit older, but in fairly decent shape. Again, for the price, it's a good quality. It fits my XXW canadian horse, which both I and the saddle fitter were surprised about. If the other synthetic HDR dressage saddles are similar to the one I have, it has a more rounded tree as opposed to a more angular one (yikes, far from the right terms to describe this, but hopefully you understand what I'm trying to say).
Quality level, top to bottom:

Looking back over the past 8 years or so, there wasn't much difference in the Pro vs. Advantage leather. But the Pro had a better warranty on the tree.
You can look through the catalog and see what's current.
My saddle fitter won't even fit one. Says she's seen way too many backs sore from them and they hardly fit anything. Plus she's not a fan of the leather, but she deals almost exclusively with high level horses/barns/ saddles.
I don't have any experience with their dressage saddles but I'm not a fan of their CC saddles. I've sat in one of their higher end models that were ok but their lower/middle of the line stuff is pretty cheap. For the same price I'd go with something used that's better quality.
I tried it on my horse and it's not going to fit in the slightest, too narrow in the channel and the gullet is too narrow, banana panels, just generally a no go, am now trying a Trainers Jessica, made a new thread, took some photos of the fit
Glad you were able to try to see! For the price I like older HDRs. I have one friend that's had a couple different pros over the years, and another with a Rivella. I can definitely notice a difference between the quality of the older pros and the advantage line. Advantages seem pretty cruddy, while the pros weren't so bad. I haven't had too much to do with the Rivella, but it doesn't seem half bad either. From what I've heard HDRs have gone way downhill in recent years as far as construction and leather quality go. I haven't interacted with a recent one, but because of what I've heard I wouldn't buy one.
