He bites his halter!

Sunny, my qh, is an amazing boy! I love him to pieces. He is very friendly, and well, my soul horse :P :) ! But there's one problem. He bites his halter. I've only had him for 2 years now, so I don't know the history (if there is any), but whenever I put his halter on he tries to bite the nose band! He doesn't bite anything else but his halter. EVEN WHEN ITS ON THE GROUND! I use different halters with him too and it's all the same.
What do you think?!
