Well then! That's what I'll get! I will get the Skull Cap - while I do not have a Kidney Condition, I get heat stroke easily, but more than likely not to the point you do - so if you can hack it, then I definitely will beable to.

I appreciate the info! I'll keep my IRH skunk cap, and keep saving my penny's for the Charles Owen Skull.

What do you think of the IRH Skull?

Haha, I had to laugh a little when I read this post! I had an IRH for the longest time and thought people who paid big bucks for the GPAs were so ridiculous... But I was playing around in my friend's tack shop one day and tried on a GPA (titium pro, not speedair) BIG MISTAKE!!! Not only was it incredibly comfortable but it looked a million times better! I could not believe the difference! Plus it was lighter and had more air-flo. Ended up scrounging all of my pennies and christmas money and invested in one. I ended up getting a Tipperary as well though which is perfect for schooling on hot days.

Have you looked into the IRH Elites? They're kind of a knock off but look pretty cool and have extra air vents.

I saw the GPA Air Speed and totally wanted it.. I hate to say it, but my head is a sweater. MA is just waayy too muggy this summer (ugh). But it is so expensive.. I'll have to pocket some money here and there for it..

Hah! That makes my Pro Rider helmet look like celophane!!!!
*drools* That would be soooo nice, but, I just can't justify shedding out $500 (USA!!!) on a freaking cool helmet. I cringe at spending more than $100 on one purchase!!! (apart from a saddle, of course!)

Horse stuff is way overpriced :( Well, most of it. I like how some stuff is also made for humans, but because it's labeled for horse use, it's $10 more.

Lol! Isn't that the truth! I polo top made by Ariat is out of this world with price, when you can go to Walmart and buy a polo top for $5.00. Rediculous.

Couldn't agree with ya more! Horse shampoo I think is a great example.... Have you ever seen an affordable bottle? Why spend $10 on specially made horse shampoo when you can spend 99 cents on Suave, which I personally think works much better!

I agree, I use suave whenever I bathe Nelson - and that's rare. Why spend a fortune on crap you don't need to spend a fortune on?

>.< I love this helmet.. but, I just got a new IRH... :P x10! But, it's definitely a little.. or a lot.. pricey for me. And my mom would never go with that, as she did just gift me 160$ riding pants.. hehe..
And also, for riding in the winter, wouldn't your head freeze? Or would you just wear a different helmet in cold weather?
