Help finding a pony sized rope halter.

I've look high and low for a small rope halter, and I'm having the hardest time finding one. I want to get one for my pony, Duncan-- preferably in a bright green color, since that's what color he wears. I've heard that they're better for lead training than just a nylon halter, which is what I have now. And this little brat needs lead work!!
