Green Broke
Some of those things you actually need to wait until after you buy a horse as they need to be proper size. Not all halters fit all horses properly, same with fly sheets, boots, etc.

Horseloverz has great stuff, but I find their shipping to be excessive, luckily they are only 45 minutes from me, so I just go there if I really need something, gas is cheaper then their shipping

I have this grooming tote that includes brushes Great Grip 8Pc Grooming Package -

And I used to have this saddle pad, sadly someone stole it. Reinsman Orthopedic Microsuede Square Pad -

You can probably find most of the other stuff you are looking for on there also. The best part is it's only 5.99 for shipping

Why Purple

It's all purple because that's like our color

You have a horse, but you don't have a horse, because you can't buy a horse until you get a purple rubber curry?
Wallaby and Thyme like this.

Alot of the things on your list are kind of over kill.
A efficient grooming kit really just needs a curry (different kinds), a hard brush, a soft brush, and a hoof pick.
Halters, and boots etc. Come in different sizes so unless your going to carry this stuff around with you shopping for horses and just by the one that fits into it, you should by them after.
What are you planning on doing ? Seems like something fancy?
Do you already have a horse in mind that your shopping for?
you can save 80 + dollars wrapping those polo wraps on your horses legs then going out and buying shipping boots.
Not all horses over reach which is what bell boots are for (as far as I understand them)
Socks make great tail bags.

equipment, horse
