Help me appraise my saddle

Can someone appraise my saddle? It's a Crosby dressage saddle, not sure what brand or make. Unfortunately doesn't fit my horse so I must sell, just don't know how much to ask as I got it for very cheap!

Are the billets cut off on the end? I don't see them hanging down on the near side, but can see a bit of them poking out on the far side.
