Help me find a full QH bars youth saddle

My daughter's youth saddle really does not fit our broad horse... I have him in a full QH bar western saddle for myself and cannot seem to find the same for her.... she is in a 12 or 13, mine is a bit big for me in a 16.... do you know where I can order online a 13 full QH bar saddle? I do not want white hairs to grow in on his withers!!! I have googled it and keep getting semi-QH bars..... ugh.
