Help needed identifying vintage jodhpur boots please

Hi all,
I am trying to identify the brand of a very specific type of jodhpur boots. I only have photos and some background information but I would be very grateful for any help.

What I know ...

- These were produced in England in the 1970s and possibly into the 1980s.
- They are no longer in production. The manufacturer may still be producing other models (that I don't know)
- They were all marked inside the heel "Made in England" - "1095" (there are other markings but the origin and this four-digit article number are the only common markings).

Any experts out there able to identify these? Even if a positive identification is not possible, I would also be really grateful for any names of prominent English jodhpur manufacturers of the 1970s.

Here are the pictures, thanks in advance ...
