Help Please! Western Saddle fit

I know that my western saddle does not fit my horse. It pinches her at the bars into her shoulder area (can't get my hand behind it, lot of pressure), and is not high enough off of her withers (1-1.5 fingers) when someone is in the saddle (about 2 fingers without someone). The saddle slopes downwards, and "rides up" in the back.

First I would like to know what kind of bar saddle I have, so that I know what (not) to look for. I was told this was a "narrow tree", but from the measurements I am not so sure.

(And any advice as to above would help!) I would like to find a saddle to fit my horse :)

Pictures of the Saddle on your Horse without a pad and lightly cinched would be a great help, a side view showing how level the Saddle is or isn't, the front as is sits against the withers and a back view from the side.
