Red face Help with Polo Wraps

I am buying polos soon and I ran into a problem that I would like your opinion about. My gelding is approx. 14.2hh and when I was looking to buy polos I found that they also come in pony size. Which would fit him better?

Thanks in advance

Likely pony size, unless he has large or tall cannons.

Thanks! I was guessing pony but I wanted other opinions.

Likely so, however, you can make average size polo wraps work. What I did for Jack was basically took the size of a pony wrap, measured it out on my wraps, and just cut that amount off. But of course, just buying the right size saves you the trouble, haha! Just throwing a suggestion out there.

Edit to add: Oops, I realized it sounded like I cut the length of the pony wrap off. I should have said the difference in length! Mine had just a little over a foot taken off.

Ok, so then which is worse? Too long or too short?

Edit: this is now just out of curiosity. I will be ordering pony size soon. Thanks for your help!

Well, too long really, because that can always be fixed by taking a bit off. If they are too short, you are pretty much stuck, because you can't add on to them! ;)
