Help - seeking details on saddle

Previously, I have always owned/used western saddles, so I'm not entirely familiar with the identification information on english saddles. The saddle we have right now is a Collegiate. The stamping indicates it was made in Argentina and also reads 65060. Is that the "model" number? It also has a brass plate on the back of the back of the cantle that reads "KERRIANN". First question - is the plate something the previous owner would have added or is that part of the identification from the saddlery?
Sorry if these are dumb questions.

Yes, the numbers are the serial number. The back plate is a name plate. You can remove it and replace it with your own if you want.

Collegiate is the brand name and they were made in Argentina. They are good mid-level saddles.
