So another question.... the barrel saddle I have been using pinches a bit right where the top conchos are. But then it sits on her withers. I only used this for short runs in Saturdays games so don't worry I didn't hurt her. Does this mean the saddle is not wide enough or something else? I'm really clueless with western saddles, and I've even read the saddle fitting sticky here...

I want it.. only because it's bright orange (Or is that red?) and would match my tack, LoL You could ask if you can do a trial with it for a day and see if it fits/is comfy.

Not a bad price though

Lol it says orange but it looks like a faded red. There's no ties or d-rings, can I put those on those useless concho things?

Mine doesn't have D rings either, it makes me sad sometimes. I use those flap-thingies that you attach a breast collar or back cinch to(I know, I'm really technical) to tie down my saddle bags. I also use hay bail twine because the straps of my saddle bags don't always reach. It also keeps things from jumping around too much.

I suppose if you were really creative, you could sew some kind of ring on somehow.

Yea.... I don't sew, especially not well enough to trust my abilities to hold stuff to my saddle. I don't understand those fru fru things on saddles.... I want usable stuff.
