Help with western saddle size for Percheron TB

Hi! I have begun a search for a western saddle for the Percheron Thoroughbred that I ride. I am not sure what size tree that she needs. I am currently using a Simco saddle at the barn where I ride. However, it is old and there is no information on what the tree size is. I am sure that it is not specifically made for a draft breed though. And therefore wonder if a saddle with full QH bars would fit her?

I have attached a couple of photos hoping it will help!

Any help or advice is MUCh appreciated! Thanks!

Her back isn't overly wide or flat. I would think a good Full QH bar saddle would fit. I used to use an 80's built Circle Y Park and Trail on this full blooded Percheron I rode back in the 90s. It was a great fit on him and he wasn't overly wide or flat backed either. The newer Circle Ys with FQHB fit a bit differently than the older ones though.

Thank you so much for your help and input! For some reason I have had a very difficult time getting help with this! I am planning on ordering a saddle by the end of the week and keeping my fingers crossed that the full QH bars will work!
