Did you get a saddle yet?

I'm in eastern Pa

I have a 17.5 (I'm almost positive... it is atleast a 17 but is a large 'feeling' seat if so) Bates Caprilli all purpose saddle that I don't use. It hase the interchangeable gullet system but I don't have any of them. It also has the cair whatever lol. The saddle costs $1500 new but it is just collecting dust and I hate having tack just sitting around.

Its too big for me also, do you still have your other saddle for trade? If not, that's fine!

I also have the kincade bridle in the photo, its a fancy stich and matches the saddle ok. My girth is either a 46" or 48". I have the brake away stirrups and the regular ones =)

I miss this horse... I should have never sold him...ugh =(

WOW. Yes, the 16" is still at the tack shop. What would you be asking for yours, or would you be willing to trade for stuff? The problem I'm having is that when my "friend" stole from our trainer and I got kicked out, all of my extra money went too, since fees are nonrefundable. I would definitely be VERY VERY VERY VERY interested in trading, but only if it's fair for you. I wish I had cash, but sadly I have nothing right now. Please let me know. I'm going to Harrisburg for the horse expo this weekend....didn't know if you were going or not. Thank you.

I would be willing to trade outright, as long as the saddle isn't falling apart but a 16" would fit me WAYYY better.

All I ask is you DO NOT sell the saddle, if you don't want it anymore please return it or give it to someone else who really needs it =)

Gee, it would be nice to meet at the expo, I don't know if I'm going or not... I will get back you tonight... what day will you be going?

OMG!!! The 16" I have is in almost brand new condition. It's a dark brown with knee rolls, and the only marks are some very slight rub spots from the leathers. Sadly, it doesn't come with any fittings. I am going to the expo Saturday and Sunday. I would be willing to throw in a used schooling pad, 2 pairs of rubber pull on bell boots(brand new), some new polos(pink with hearts), and anything else I may have. If you can't use them, feel free to sell/trade them for something of use. I promise you that I would NEVER sell it, and if for some reason circumstances required me to give it up I would more than willingly send it right back to you. I don't think I need a girth, as Jumping the Moon and JDI are sending me larger girths(my girl is a pudge), but regular stirrups and leathers would be amazing. Everyone here is such a blessing! God Bless each and every one of you!!

If that other Saddle doesnt work we have a bunch of old ones at our barn. We were selling them at a tack swap and the most expensive one was 75$. They arent in the best shape but it would work. Also we have tons of other stuff at our barn if you would need anything. Please don't hesitate to ask. Please contact me if you need anything other than a saddle (or a saddle:) ). I am more than happy to help you out! :)

Wow. At this point I am speechless. The support and love on this forum has completely blown me away. Thank you to everyone who has stepped up to help my daughter and I continue our riding dream. At this time, I think we are set with stuff to keep us going. Flying low has offered a saddle for myself, and harhaijaka(sorry, forgot how to spell it!!) has offered a saddle for my daughter. Thank you all so much and God Bless each and every one of you. I promise to post lots of pictures and regular updates. Every time we saddle up, you will all be coming along for the ride.
