Hock sweats/protection

Hi everyone!

I have been looking for hock sweat boots for my horse (she needs them so bad).

She's allergic to fly bites and they always bite her back hocks. The vet said I need to get serious fly protection. She could really use some nice hock boots.

I was just wondering, do you think my mare (Clydesdale) will fit into the regular hock boots or will I have to buy the drafts?

It makes me so mad, the regular ones are only $18....I can only find draft sized boots on one website and they are $40.00. What if she ruins them?

Guess that's just a pain of owning a big horse.

If any of you find nice hock boots..or anything that protects the hock.....PLEASE let me know!!!
