horse ID tags? should i put her name and address on it?

I'm looking at taking my horse out for hacks in the next few months. She's not been out ridden with me before and want to get her some tags for bridle and saddle, I was going to lay them out like this:

Horse name
Address of where she lives
My mobile number
Where she lives mobile number
Where she lives home number.

But then my friend pointed out that if she was found and the people took a fancying to her that they then knew her name and where she lives. So nt sure whether to put her name and house name + postcode on it. Or just have it as contact numbers?

I use the same method on all my animals, (I usually buy collars and headstalls that I can write on, so I don't have the paranoia that maybe the tag got snagged and fell off) I sharpie in the animals name and my cell number... it's gotten a few of them (and not just the dogs ) back home a few times.

I have my horses name (stable and registered, as anyone could be called Gem!) and my phone number on. Although they are to be removed and I'm going to pop my BEIDS tags on when I'm home next.
