how to buy a saddle online that fits?

I was looking into ordering a new Billy Cook Saddle online, but am not sure how to make sure I'm buying one that fits. I see all these measurements beside the saddles for sale, but can't make heads or tails of it (I'm new to the whole saddle fitting thing). I'm nervous buying something I can't try on, but cannot seem to find any used, decent saddles around here that fit my boy.
Anyone have any advice or guidance?

If I was buying it online then I would call the place where I was buying it and they should be able to walk you through the measurement process.
