How to clean a bridle with padding

Stupid question....I have a Wylde Jumper Bridle that I LOVE, but the padding under the chin has dark sweat on it, how should I clean it? I don't know if it's some other material, or just leather, but the bridle is this one:

I don't have that bridle but I have a passier dressage bridle with padding as well as a caramel jumper bridle with padding and I just use the same lexol leather cleaner and conditioner that I use on everything else with no problem.
