How to make this type of reins?

I've been wanting to make a pair of these reins for my horse, and they seem painfully easy to make compared to other tack I've made.

I recognize that all of the knots are double overhand (or "blood knots") And I know how to make them (I make rope halters all the time) but I can't figure out how to do them in one continuous strand like that.

I figured out how to do the ones that hold the snap just fine, it's the ones in the middle that I'm having problems with :)

Has anyone made reins like this, or bought a pair and seen how they work? I keep trying to work it out through pictures but can't quite get it.

All I could say is welcome to the forum. I like leather my self that is just me

LOL I hate leather reins I'm seriously tough on my tack and leather is just too high maintenance Anything that can be nylon or another strong synthetic material is, with saddles and occasionally bridles being the only exception :)

Which is also the reason I make 90% of any tack that can be safely made at home, I hate spending a lot of money on things I know I'm just going to demolish eventually :P

Nevermind! Figured it out :) Just had to take a closer look at those knots :P

So problem solved, thanks anyway :)

Speaking of which, I'm happy to explain it to anyone who is also curious :)
