How to price a saddle?

I need to sell my old dressage saddle, which we never used, as it doesn't fit my horse and I need an all-purpose english saddle.

I believe the seat size is 18", but I will have to measure it again.
- in good condition, only one scratch on the seat.
- black leather, most is leather, except the bottom of the stirrup leathers are material.
- Brand is unknown.. I don't believe there is a brand name on it, but I will look closer.
= comes with girth, irons, and stirrup leathers

I will go out today and take some pictures as well.

How much do you think it is worth, based on what I've said so far? (pics coming)

Ahh, oops . Probably $75-110 then. Black APs have a lower resale value.

I thought your horse came with a saddle?

Yep, she did. That was a Circle Y Western Saddle though. I am going to start training her in english, so I need to sell this old saddle from my previous horse, and then get a new one that fits Lena properly :)

Pictures coming in a few minutes..

Thanks for looking :)

Updated Information:
Actually, I think the saddle is synthetic, as it doesn't feel like leather, but it sure looks like it!
Includes: Saddle, Girth, Saddle Pad, Stirrup leathers and irons
18" seat size
17.5" saddle flap length
narrow tree; would best fit high withered horses and narrow horses such as an arabian or thoroughbred
26" girth
black.
one scratch on cantle, but otherwise in excellent condition.

I would say ask $200 honestly. I have been looking at a few english saddles and a lot are going for 175$ saddle alone, and they are worn and scratched. And plus, people will try to negotiate it down, so always price higher than what you want to get for it :)
