How to price saddles?

I've recently decided that I'm going to sell two of our saddles. They're both great saddles, but just not quite what I need right now. Anyway, I'm not sure exactly how I should determine what to ask for them. Anyone have any tips? Should I just tack a price on and see how it goes? I guess I could start optimistic and work my way down -- I'm not really in a rush to sell them.

The first saddle is a treeless dressage saddle, an Ansur Carlton (manufacturer info here: https://ansursaddle.com/build_your_saddle/Carlton). It's in great shape overall, no scrapes or anything though there are a few light rub marks under the stirrup leathers and the suede seat has been smoothed a bit from use.

The second saddle is a Wintec All-Purpose 500. It has interchangeable gullets, and being synthetic, it still looks brand spanking new. I don't need the AP style because I really don't jump and I'm happier in a standard dressage saddle, so I'm willing to sell it with a gorgeous genuine fleece pad and a girth.

I would post the Carlton on these two email groups:

Check eBay listings for those saddles. Don't look at the active listings, but look at the completed listings to see what they actually sold for. That will be the BOTTOM end of your price range, since eBay gets some of the lowest selling prices.
You can also check Tacktrader.com and Horseclicks.com to see what they're listed for there. See if any of the online consignment stores have similar saddles: that will be your high-end of your price-range. Try Galloping Grape, Pelham Saddlery, Maryland Saddlery, BCsaddlery.com.
I'd expect the Wintec to go for around $250, maybe a little more, depending on condition and supply in your area. The Ansur should be worth a lot

Check eBay, tacktrader, horseclicks, and your local consignment stores (if any).
