how to put silver on?

What do I have to know to put some silver on my saddle?i have just a plain saddle that I would like to show in this year but I want to add some bling to do you put silver on a saddle? How do you clean it?

Check the catalogs, they have silver sets for saddles (online is easiest, try ChicksSaddlery first, State Line Tack, etc.) They'll have directions for mounting with them, it's not hard and much less expensive than buying a saddle already loaded!! Plus you can choose what you want. What I've seen most is by Montana Silver Smith. It's all silver plate; if you gently clean it when it gets sweaty or dirty, it'll keep on gleaming!!

I've never seen so many different conchos in my life!!! Wow!!!

Here's the link for Montana Silversmiths--they have the saddle plates, etc., as well.
