    I D this please?

    We just got in a couple driving harness's at our school for a couple halflingers. Well were not to farmiler with all the equipment and we can't quite figure out this piece. Can yall help?

    Its looks like combination tie down and training fork to me.

    I know nothing about driving. To me it just looks like a running martingale with extra weird looking doohickie

    I will show this photo to someone whom might know what it is. I'll be back with the info if I find out.
