Identifying saddle maker mark

I am trying to identify the saddle maker. I saw some posts from a few years ago, but they were never answered. I am attaching a pic. This is not my saddle but mine has the same mark - from Laredo, Texas.

Is there any way for you to attach a bigger picture? That one is all but impossible to see any details of.

I am taking these pics from other posts - it is the same as my saddle but my logo is more worn

It looks like an imprint of a Western saddle with some writing underneath that I can't make out. Is that right?
