Independent saddle fitting advice?

Does anyone know of a person or group who can and will provide expert saddle fitting advice and who is not also in the business of selling saddles? I have a very hard to fit TWH gelding. I have sent his back measurements and photos to some saddle makers and saddle dealers. All have responded by indicating that they have a stock tree that will fit my big boy like a glove. Frankly, I am skeptical given that I have tried no fewer than 12 different saddles on him in the last 30 days and not one fit him well. That is why I would appreciate the contact info. For an independent saddle fitting expert that has no interest in selling me a saddle. Thanks for your help!
