I'm not sure if you're in the United States, but I this site is fabulous. I bought my Devoucoux from her and it was the totally hassle-free and she's very nice and reliable. She will also be able to give you advice about a saddle that might suit you.

With your budget you could probably fine a very nice used saddle in basically any brand if you shop around a little, though I highly recommend a Devoucoux Biarritz or an Antares.

In my opinion, you can't go wrong with bates or wintec and their close contact saddles. I never ridden in anything so comfortable besides these brands. However I hate both of their AP saddles.
