Smile Jumping Standards

As, i'm becoming a slightly active member in here asking more questions then helping people (eventually i'll be usefull lol), I have a couple of more questions about jumping standards.

What would be the best thing to do, since of where I am going they don't have any jumping standards and is there any sites that have affordable jumping standards to buy or any good sites on making your own.

My boy has worked over x's slightly, and maybe 1.5ft jumps, I'm also working for "alternative" Jumps to use such as bales of hay and such to use that are more solid. I like to make my ponykid very well rounded and I like to expose him to a lot of stuff.
