Just for fun - what colour halter/s do you have?

And what colour's your horse/s?

I have a dark green rope halter and a blue-slightly-purple regular nylon halter.

Oh there is so many, LOL

Selena right now has a black bronc halter. The noseband is leather of course with a red star in the center, like so:

The others all share halters, we have black and pink rope halters for home and then a purple zebra bronc halter for whatever second show horse comes along, as well as a rainbow of throw away nylon halters in every color should the need arise.

Pssh.I didn't pick up the wrong lead
It's called a counter canter...
...A very advanced maneuver.

Lime green. Unless it's been raining like lately, in which case...

I like to call it "Grud" (green + mud).

Yellow But I may tie my next one in red. I'm going to get a breast collar soon so I need to decide on a color. Oh, I also have a blue one, and a tan one, those two are regular rope halters.

Truth passes through three stages. First it is ridiculed. Second it is violently opposed. Third it is accepted as self evident.

All my horses were given specific colors so everyone could tell them apart. When you've got a bajillion & one people constantly in your barn - always a good idea LOL. They're all in serious need of new ones.

Lily - http://c.shld.net/rpx/i/s/pi/mp/8145...0d86aa1e97736e with matching orange leadrope.

Dani - BRIGHT Pink Weaver Halter & matching leadrope

Sonny - BRIGHT teal Weaver Halter & matching leadrope

Cally - Hunter Green Breakaway. This wasn't my pick it was what she came with, so I'll probably be finding something new soon. Just wasn't top on the priority list.

I absolutely LOVE the Perri Horse snaps, but they're like impossible to find around me now. Everyone (excluding Sonny since he's supposed to be leaving soon) will probably get switched to breakaways. If I can find some crazy bright colors >.> Lol

Hmm, I've got lots of halters ranging from tan with black flecks to red to maroon to dark green to teal with black flecks to black with white flecks to black to blue LOL.

I have horses that are buckskin, bay, gray, sorrel, brown, and black. I just grab whatever halter is handy when I need a horse so they generally end up wearing a different color every time.

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/
