KK Ultra Aurigan

Considering getting the loose ring..
Dover Saddlery | Herm Sprenger KK Ultra Loose Ring Snaffle Bit.

Are they all they are cracked up to be?

Love Sprengers. They seem to sit great in the mouth, and the Aurigan metal seems very palatable.

Thank you! I've seen some great reviews but never handled one myself.

I will probably go ahead and get one. :)

Have it. Worked the best for my paint!

Does it encourage salivation/softness?

My boy has a pretty active mouth so I wonder about getting one with a roller of some sort.

Yes, it does. I tried different ones (all 3 links) and this one she seems to like the best. She's rather busy with it. I'm not big fan of roller one as it may take horse's mind away from you (plus they are not allowed in dressage ring).
