I am swedish, and in Sweden there just don't exist kneeboots. (Except the ones that protects the inside of the knee that pacers uses)
But as I have understood the use of knee boots is much more common abroad, so I hope you can helt me out a bit.
I have a 4 - y o TB with a severe injury to one of her front knees. She sustained the injury by knocking the knee against solid material (what, when and hos is unkown..). Only time will tell if she ever regain soundness, byt I want to do my best to make sure that the injury isn't worsened.
So, I need at protection for the 'frontside' (plase appologise my bad spelling) of the knee. And - and here is the 'problem' - it needs to be possible to wear in the field and it must allow the knee full range of motion. The horse is a very livley one (hey she is a TB..) and is..very active.. in her field.. pretty much a mix between a bucking bronco and a racer actually ;)
So, IS there even such a boot that I wants/needs? And if so - which one is best?
(She is pretty prone to chafing, the thin TBcoat you know.. So the softer the better)
