Leather Breastplate??

I was thinking about asking for a new breastplate for my birthday because my old one is pretty close to falling apart. When I was looking around I came across the Rodrigo Raised Breastplate (Rodrigo Raised Breastplate - Dover Saddlery.)
And was wondering if anyone has heard things about it, good or bad. It's a pretty decent price compared to most other breastplates out there and it would match my Pessoa saddle perfectly. Also, if anyone has any suggestions for nice breastplates, preferably oakbark in color, please let me know. Thanks!!

I personally think pessoa's quality is significantly better then HDR. HDR stuff is ok if you're on a budget, but since they're priced pretty closely and you already have a pessoa saddle, i'd say pessoa!

Thanks, I liked the Pessoa one better at first but I just got an HDR leather halter that is EXTREMELY nice and thought I'd post that one too just to see who liked which one better.

I have a friend who has the first breastplate.Its pretty nice,probably better then HDR.

I am personally not a big fan of Pessoa but I always suggest people to stick to the same brand. As for the color same thing, stick to the same color as your saddle that way you will have everything matching

Yea, Pessoa isn't my favorite brand either, but I think I'll get it because it'll match my saddle perfectly. There's also the Wellington breastplate but it's twice the price and I can't really ask my parents to spend that much on a birthday present.
