Question Leather front/back boots??

I saw these on statelines website and thought they were a good price. I would use them just for shows. Do they look like good quality? I would get brown because the black remind of of dressage.

I think they look good! Especially for the price. Since you would only use them for shows; they wouldn't wear out easily, I would go for it :)

Ah, stateline has some nice stuff! Those look pretty good to me as well- go for it!

Thanks for the responses! I think I might go ahead and get them, they are such a good price! And I think they will look smashing on Joe

I would stay away from those things. Always remember that you get what you pay for. If it's cheap, there is a reason for it and that's the end of that. The back boots should be ok as they might help with rubbing or banging from each other on those odd trips but as for the front boots, they don't look like they would offer any support at all, there is no shape to them whatsoever.
Save thos 20-40 bucks you are going to be wasting on those things and wait a little longer to get some nicer ones.

Here are some boots that would be WAY better than what you just selected. Not sure what style you want but those actually offer support and they will be around your price range as well. Those are only 2 examples of what you can get, if you search the web, you will find LOADS of way better options what you picked :)

Yah I now kinda see what you mean about the front boots, I would only use them for shows which is like 2-4 times a year lol. I like the first boots you posted except they are in Australia and the shipping is awful! And I actually already have open front boots (Eskadron ones) but they are my everyday boots. Now im not sure what to do lol!

What kind of showing do you do? Hunters? If so you can use the boots you already have during your warm ups as you can't show in them so they would be fine and if it's jumpers, they would be perfect for that, so what is it you want to use them for??

I do mostly Jumpers, but my ekadron boots are sorta worn out as I bought them off ebay used. I have to get back boots anyways I am actually getting these ones maybe cause they are cheap bit in black because his back boots now are dying! He must hit his back legs really bad!

I just really like the brown leather look and thought htey would make Joe look "fancier" since well he is a TB and our competition usually has about $10,000 worth of tack and their horses are about tripled that lol. I just saw the boots and thought man that is a good price! Lol

Don't know if you are looking for leather boots, but I have these

They also have ankle boots (which I have also)
And they're cheap too.
